As the nation’s largest online grocery delivery service based out of Chicago, Peapod has been on the offensive over the past few months, strategizing and battling for grocery market share; specifically within the Chicagoland DMA, which has seen an influx of new, fresh and traditional grocery options.
To combat the market saturation, specifically within the Chicagoland area, our team of creative professionals realized we needed an integrated communications approach across all mediums to ensure the strongest impact on potential acquisitions. Utilizing a combination of online and offline consumer media, we developed and delivered punchy creative executions to seize attention of Chicago’s 2.8 million residents.
By overlapping points of contact and targeting high potential zip codes, Peapod saw a strong increase in customer acquisition for the month of January compared to the previous year. Here’s a quick glimpse of our out-of-home execution.
