Indiana University Health, the leading health care system in Indiana, introduced a new iPhone application recently. The new My Healthy Habits smartphone app is an American Heart Association | Listen To Your Heart initiative supported by IU Health. It helps people achieve health goals over the course of 21 days—the scientifically proven length of time it takes to form a new habit. Habits include eating more fruits and vegetables or getting enough sleep.
HY Connect is supporting the release of the application with advertising efforts focused on getting smartphone users to download it. The campaign is a swift, laser-focused promotional effort prior to Christmas. Download the application now and upgrade your health. The app is free and available now in the iPhone App Store. It will be available for Android devices in 2013.
